BioI am a lesbian mom who has the absolute best kid and most amazing partner in the world. I graduated (in May 2006) from Kaplan University - with my Associates in Paralegal Studies, and (July 2008) with Bachelors Degree in Paralegal Studies. I am currently still enrolled at Kaplan for my MBA.
My biggest goal in life is to provide our daughter with the most loving home possible, and the best education that we can afford. I am a very passionate person that thrives on being the best person that I can be. I love people and totally value my friends. Since I lost mostly everyone in my life after coming out of the closet, I totally understand how lucky one can be to be blessed with friends. To the few friends that I have left - I love you dearly. With that said, I have no intention of letting people take advantage of me and my family. So, if you're into drama keep on clicking - this isn't the journal for you.
This journal is used for many different things: ranting, keeping in touch with friends, writing, informing, staying informed, etc. My journal used to be friends only. I see no point in that anymore. I have nothing to hide and don't care who reads my journal. If you enjoy it - so be it. There's not a lot here to read about - and unless you know my family, it'll probably mean pretty much nothing to you. :) But hey - if you feel the need to read, be my guest. Don't disrespect me and we'll be good. LOL
My girlfriend and I have recently started trying to have a baby. :) We have a doc, and have found a great cryobank. Now we're trying to find some people that may be going through the same thing so we can bounce ideas off of each other and have someone to lean on for support. Is that person you?
We've had one failed IUI and are starting our second IUI shortly. What about you?
